The Lethbridge Folk Club Presents the Marten Borsch at Analog Books on August 1st at 7:30 pm
Marten Borch is a singer-songwriter from Edmonton known for his raw authenticity, heartfelt lyrics, and a deep commitment to using music as a tool for connection and change. Influenced by folk, Celtic, swing, and even a touch of EDM, his sound weaves together old-world roots and modern energy. His songs tackle themes of social justice, environmentalism, and the human experience—music that’s meant to make you feel, think, and move.
On stage, Borch performs solo—but you’d never guess it. The sheer fullness of his sound, rhythm, and presence often leaves audiences convinced they’re hearing a full band. It’s a “three-in-one” experience that turns every set into something bigger than the sum of its parts. With the release of his latest album, “That Was Fun“, he’s carving out space as a powerful, purposeful voice in the indie scene.
Doors open at 6:30 PM
