Active as a musician since 1985, Greg writes about the land, family, history and any ideas he can catch. Home is the family ranch north of Medicine Hat, his style reflects the influences from community and many types of music.
Mark Sadlier-Brown plays a mixture of roots, blues, rockabilly and original music. He honed his skill playing with the Alien Rebels, The Highwater Jug Band and The Bag Boys. His band consists of Mark’s family and friends and is a labour of love. Band members enjoy the sounds of an old style vintage instruments.
This can be said of tonight’s artists. Music is heart-felt, melodic, rhythmic and dynamic. Various styles make each song unique.
Lyrics drawn from personal experience and Alberta landscapes convey universal themes.
