A Great Evening of Music
June 9 @ 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Please RSVP so we have an idea of how many are coming.
Come and enjoy the music!

You’re warmly invited to attend the Lethbridge Folk Club’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, June 9th @ 7pm, held at the Casa Community Room – and this year, we’re kicking things off with a special treat.
After the meeting, enjoy a free one-hour concert featuring Reid & Writes and Sarah Lillian. It’s a great chance to connect with fellow music lovers and celebrate the incredible talent in our community.
Following the performance, we’ll move into the AGM where we’ll share updates, reflect on the past year, and look ahead to what’s next for the club.
All are welcome, but we especially encourage current members to attend and take part in the meeting. Your voice and input help shape the future of the Lethbridge Folk Club.
2026 memberships are available here: https://lethbridgefolkclub.ca/memberships/ and are valid until December 31st 2026.
Why come?
– Enjoy a free live concert
– Stay informed about the club’s activities and plans
– Have a say in decisions and direction
– Connect with the local folk music community
We hope to see you there for an evening of music, community, and conversation.
Sarah Lillian has loved music since childhood. Born and raised in Edmonton, Sarah grew up surrounded by music, listening to her father sing and play a variety of interesting instruments.
She finally began writing her own music a few years ago and has finally worked up the courage to share her songs with others.
Her genuine lyrics make her songs relatable and easy to love.
Now living in the Cowsnest Pass, Sarah has been playing locally and has become a regular at our Open Stage Nights.
Reid & Writes are a group of seasoned musicians that plays original songs along with tasty covers. Tonight we have two members of Reid & Writes with us Their live lineup for this concert is anchored by their principal songwriter, lead vocals and guitar, Reid Seibert and on fiddle and vocals, Kelsey Jespersen.
“Music is heartfelt, melodic, rhythmic and dynamic. Various styles make each song unique. Lyrics drawn from personal experience and Alberta landscapes convey universal themes.“
Doors open at 6:30 PM
