Join our AGM, which will be held at the Casa Community Room on June 9th at 7 pm

An AGM is the annual business meeting of the Society.

To the right are the documents which will be reviewed at the AGM. The motion to change the Bylaws will be presented at this meeting, as will the treasurer’s financial report, submitted for information. Many of the 2025/2026 board members are running again for another term, and will be looking for other members to run as members at large or take on executive roles with the incoming Board

Next year, if you want a voice at the table, if you want to see how the Lethbridge Folk Club is doing as a Society, or if you’d like to help out by being on the Board, being part of a committee, or learning about volunteering at an event… You will need to be at this meeting!
