The Lethbridge Folk Club, founded in 1979, is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers.
The Folk Club has operated in many different venues over the years, such as the German-Canadian Club, the Moose Hall and the Wolf’s Den in downtown Lethbridge & The Cave at Lethbridge College.
The Folk Club fulfills its mission by hosting concerts and open stages regularly. Folk, roots, blues, bluegrass and Canadiana are a few of the genres we explore, finding notable musicians for you to experience.
The Lethbridge Folk Club exists to make the experience of live music readily available to people in Southern Alberta and to support the musicians who create the music.
We believe live music is essential to our cultural, spiritual and community fabric.
We especially support local and regional musicians whenever possible.
Join our family of friends and support our activities by getting a membership. If you would like a membership, please email us at [email protected] or click on the button below. Your $5.00 annual membership entitles you to discounts on all events.
Support the Lethbridge Folk Club financially by contributing to our Open Stage. Our Open Stage nights help support our mission of making the experience of live music readily available to people in Southern Alberta and to supporting the musicians who create the music by providing them with a venue.
* the Lethbridge Folk Club, although a non-profit organization in the province of Alberta, is NOT a registered Canadian Charitable organization. Online contributions to our Open Stage and other programs are gifts and cannot be used as a tax receipt.
